Julie Owner and Manager

As Business Owner of Inside Out Day Nursery, I am responsible for the overall vision, leadership, and strategic direction of the setting. Drawing on extensive experience in early years, I am passionate about creating a high‑quality, child‑centred environment where children’s voices are valued and their individual needs are met.

I am committed to ensuring the nursery operates in line with the EYFS, maintaining high standards of care, education, safeguarding, and well‑being. I work closely with the management team and staff to support continuous improvement, professional development, and reflective practice, ensuring that children, families, and practitioners feel supported, valued, and included.

Through strong leadership and positive relationships, I strive to provide a nurturing, enabling environment where every child can develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

My qualifications include:

Sophie Manager

As Manager at Inside Out Day Nursery, I am responsible for the overall leadership and day‑to‑day management of the setting, ensuring high‑quality early years provision in line with the EYFS. I work closely with staff, children, and families to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

I am committed to reflective practice, continuous professional development, and supporting my team to deliver engaging, child‑centred learning experiences. Through strong relationships and an enabling environment, I strive to ensure that all children are supported to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Jade Nursery Deputy Manager and Room Leader

As Deputy Manager at Inside Out Day Nursery, I support the day‑to‑day running of the setting, working closely with the management team to ensure high‑quality early years provision. I am committed to supporting children’s learning and development through positive relationships, reflective practice, and a strong understanding of the EYFS. I also work alongside staff to promote a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to explore and learn.

Megan SENCO Lead and Room Leader

As SENCO Lead at Inside Out Day Nursery, I am responsible for overseeing and supporting inclusive practice across the setting, ensuring that all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), are fully supported to achieve their best possible outcomes.

I work closely with children, families, staff, and external professionals to identify needs early, implement appropriate support strategies, and ensure individual plans are reviewed regularly. In line with the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice, I support staff through guidance, training, and reflective practice to promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and equality of opportunity for every child.

Through strong partnerships and a child‑centred approach, I strive to ensure that all children feel safe, valued, and confident, and that their individual strengths and needs are recognised and supported.

My qualifications include:

Room Leaders at Inside Out Day Nursery, We are responsible for leading the day‑to‑day practice within our rooms, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS. We support children’s learning and development by creating a nurturing, stimulating, and enabling environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident.

We work closely with our team to plan and deliver engaging, child‑centred learning experiences, supporting children’s individual needs, interests, and stages of development. We also support staff through positive role modelling, guidance, and reflective practice, ensuring consistency and high standards across the room.
